Executive Chef Richard Rayment is passionate about using local farms and vendors for fresh, locally-sourced seafood, produce, poultry and beef. With a commitment to the freshest ingredients, weekly specials revolve around what's growing and in season. In the summer, many of the herbs used in our dishes are from our own herb garden.
TAMO also prides itself on a creative cocktail culture with an ever-changing menu of seasonal cocktails and local micro-brews. Our innovative drink menu showcases many cocktails, beers and ciders made with honey harvested from our own colony of one million bees.
