This Privacy Statement is provided on behalf of the Seaport Companies ("Seaport") which includes the Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center and its associated businesses.


Seaport takes great care to protect personal information about you and when we collect and use it, we do so with respect for your privacy. Personal information we may collect includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card and transactional information and guest stay information such as your date of arrival and departure, special requests and preferences. The information we collect depends on which of our services you chose to use. For example, we collect and use your personal information when you make a hotel reservation, sign up for email offers, request information about our products and services, join our fitness center or dine in our restaurant. In addition to using this information when we provide you services, we may also use the information for Seaport's marketing and promotional purposes.

Seaport may collect information you provide by interacting with us via social media, such as photographs, opinions, or social media account IDs. Any content you post, such as pictures, information, opinions, or any personal information that you make available to other participants on these social platforms, is also subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of those platforms. Please refer to those policies to better understand your rights and obligations with regard to such content.


Seaport's websites are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13). Seaport does not intentionally collect information on its websites from those who are under 13, and we request that these individuals do no provide personal information through our websites.

Site visitation tracking

Contact forms and email links

Should you choose to contact us using the contact form on our Contact us page, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any of the third party data processors defined in section below. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.

Email newsletter

If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to Benchmark who provide us with email marketing services. We consider Benchmark to be a third party data processor (see section below). The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website's own database or in any of our internal computer systems.
Your email address will remain within Benchmark's database for as long as we continue to use Benchmark's services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email.
