Chef Robert Tobin
Chef Robert Tobin joined the TAMO culinary team in the Spring of 2012. With over 18 years of professional experience in the US and Europe, Chef Tobin has trained with culinary icons such as David Burke, Tom Colicchio and Georges Blanc. Utilizing TAMO's own herb garden and bee colony, Chef Tobin uses the freshest homegrown ingredients to change TAMO's menu regularly. He is passionate about creating true farm-to-table dining experiences.
